5  National HIV/AIDS Clinician’s Consultation Center
Sponsored by the University of California at San Francisco, San Francisco General Hospital, the Clinician’s Consultation Center is a resource for health care professionals,. This site provides toll free numbers for consultation services and referral services. It also provides case studies and additional links.
6  National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID): Division of AIDS
This site addresses the national research needs created by the advent and spread of the HIV/AIDS epidemic. It offers federally approved treatment guidelines, news releases, treatment information, and links to other sites.
7  National Library of Medicine HIV/AIDS Resources
This site provides HIV/AIDS information, web links, and NLM resources especially for health professionals, researchers/scientists, students/educators, and the public
8  National Minority AIDS Council
The NMAC is dedicated to developing leadership within communities of color to address the challenges of HIV/AIDS.
9  National Minority AIDS Education and Training Center (NMAETC)
The National Minority AIDS Education and Training Center and its partners have a history of providing services to minority populations and the communities where they live. The center provides national leadership for the coordination, evaluation, and development of the required infrastructure and services needed to address the clinical needs of underserved communities and populations affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
10  AIDSinfo
AIDSinfo is a central resource for current information on federally funded clinical trials for AIDS patients and others infected with HIV. As the main dissemination point for federally approved HIV treatment and prevention guidelines, AIDSinfo provides information about the current treatment regimens for HIV infection and AIDS-related illnesses, including the prevention of HIV transmission from occupational exposure and mother-to-child transmission during pregnancy.
11  AIDS Action
AIDS Action is a national organization dedicated to the development, analysis, cultivation, and encouragement of sound policies and programs in response to the HIV epidemic. AIDS Action does this by disseminating information and building and using advocacy on behalf of all those living with and affected by HIV.
12  AIDS Education and Training Centers
AIDS Education and Training Centers (AETCs) have been established through a grant program of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The AETC National Resource Center (NRC) maintains this website which provides a virtual library of online training resources for adaptation to meet local training needs. A broad range of downloadable interdisciplinary training materials is available.
13  AIDS Education Global Information System (AEGIS)
The AEGIS is the largest AIDS knowledge-base on the web. Funded by the National Library of Medicine and Roxane Laboratories, it contains nearly 400,000 files, fully keyword searchable and cross-referenced.
14  American Academy of HIV Medicine
The American Academy of HIV Medicine is an independent organization of AAHIVM HIV Specialists TM and others dedicated to promoting excellence in HIV/AIDS care. Through advocacy and education, the Academy is committed to supporting health care providers in HIV medicine and to ensuring better care for those living with AIDS and HIV disease.

AmFAR is a non-profit organization dedicated to the support of AIDS research, AIDS prevention, treatment education, and the advocacy of sound AIDS-related public policy.
16  Association of Nurses in AIDS Care
ANAC is a nonprofit professional nursing organization committed to fostering the individual and collective professional development of nurses involved in the delivery of health care to person infected or affected by HIV and to promote the health, welfare, and rights of all HIV-infected persons.

The Network's home page has directories on clinical trials, available government and corporate-sponsored treatments, glossaries, and links to other HIV sites.
18  The Body
The Body provides information collected from more than twenty-two organizations, featuring in-depth information on topics ranging from HIV prevention to state-of-art treatment modalities.
19  CDC National Prevention Information Network
This site provides the nation’s largest collection of information and resources on HIV, STD and TB prevention.
20  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
Information on health and safety topics, publications, data and statistics are provided by the CDC.
21  Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention (DHAP), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
The DHAP provides national leadership in helping control the HIV epidemic by working with community, state, national, and international partners in surveillance, research, and prevention and evaluation activities.
22 Doctor's Guide to the Internet-AIDS Info & Resources
This site provides information about HIV disease; drug information, resources, medical news and alerts, as well asinstructions on how to harness the HIV/AIDS resources of the internet, and links to other websites.
23 Francois-Xavier Bagnoud Center
FXBC reaches across traditional boundaries to expand expertise in research and global health while continuing to link research and practice through education. The goal is to improve quality of life for children and families with chronic illness including HIV.
24 Gay Men’s Health Crisis
GMHC provides a hotline, counseling and workshop information; the basics on AIDS, testing, safer sex; offers hands-on-support services in NYC and education and advocacy for hundreds of thousands nationwide.
